They are commonly found in shallow waters and can be collected by hand from beaches at low tide. Although they are not as popular as other seafood, they are considered a delicacy in some parts of the world.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This mollusk has a rough, hard shell that protects its soft body and its muscular foot, which allows it to move along the seabed.
