Variegated Scallop

Scallops are a seafood native to the Atlantic Ocean that is characterized by its delicious flavor and texture. They are similar in appearance to scallops, but their size is smaller and their shape is more oval. Like scallops, scallops have a single shell that is used for protection and may have a dark brown or orange color on the outside.

Grebes are sequential hermaphrodites, which means that at different stages of their life they change gender from female to male. At the beginning of their life, scallops are females and then, when they reach a certain maturity, they become males. Its reproduction is carried out externally.
